Terms of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases of gift certificates made through this website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you (the “Customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

3. Gift Certificates

A gift certificate entitles its holder to redeem services or goods of the Seller up to the value stated on the certificate. Each certificate has a unique code and can be redeemed only with the Seller. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reloaded, unless required by applicable law.

You order a certificate by choosing its value, filling in the required details and submitting the order; the order button clearly indicates the obligation to pay. Payment is made by bank transfer using the payment details shown with the order. After payment is received, the certificate is issued automatically and delivered as a PDF to your e-mail (and to the recipient’s e-mail, if provided).

Expiration: each gift certificate is valid for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the federal CARD Act. The exact expiration date is stated on the certificate. Where applicable state law requires a longer validity period or prohibits expiration, that law prevails. No dormancy, inactivity or service fees are charged.

Certificates may be redeemed in part; the unused balance remains available for the rest of the validity period.

The Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused certificates; a certificate may be redeemed by any holder presenting a valid code.

Cancellation: you may cancel a gift certificate order and receive a full refund at any time before the certificate is redeemed (in whole or in part), by contacting us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the same payment method where possible.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller disclaims all implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and the Seller’s total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects non-waivable consumer rights.

5. Privacy

Personal information provided with an order (name, e-mail, phone, and delivery or recipient details where applicable) is used to process and fulfill the order and to meet legal obligations. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Seller maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We prefer to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first and we will do our best to make it right. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the courts of that state.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective at the moment you place an order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
